The Australian government sees this notice as a major victory for the live lobster industry.在未被禁止进口前，2019年澳洲共计出口了约8800吨龙虾，95%以上都销往了中国市场。在西澳地区，其年均捕捞量的中国市场占比，甚至能达到98%左右。Before the import ban was imposed, Australia exported about 8,800 tonnes of lobsters in 2019, more than 95% of which went to the Chinese market. In Western Australia, the Chinese market accounts for about 98% of its average annual catch.
